Health is the most valuable Asset anybody could have? What is money without health? You might reassure yourself thinking your Health insurance takes care of everything. But it is equally important for your contributions too.

Within the purview of a family, the women are the worst sufferers. They nurse and tend the entire family at the cost of their health and fitness.

Why do women neglect her health?

Women are absorbed in their household work so deeply that they have no leisure to pursue a fitness routine. It is not that they are leading sedentary lifestyles. They are engaged in physical labor like doing all the house chores but it is not enough to ensure a disease free life.

Drinking 8-10 glasses of water can solve many of your health related issues. It is best to follow such natural diets as they are nutritious and balanced with no side effects.
